KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Pick Packer / Hanging Crew member, your duties will include:
- Pick packing on the production line
- Loading products onto the production line
- Hanging and assembling 4×4 vehicle parts
- Handling items such as tow bars and bull bars
- Lifting and moving heavy boxes (minimum 20kg)
- Stacking pallets in the warehouse
- Assisting with container unloading (with forklift support)
- Working alongside supervisors on chassis and suspension components
TECHNICAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Ideal candidates should have:
- Experience in pick packing or warehouse work (preferred)
- Ability to handle physically demanding tasks
- Understanding of production line processes
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions
- Forklift experience is a plus (not mandatory)
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Physically fit and strong (able to lift 20kg regularly)
- Reliable and punctual
- Strong communication skills
