KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Spray Coating Specialist, your duties will include:
- Operating professional spray equipment to apply coatings on timber
- Applying WOCA oils, stains, primers, and topcoats
- Preparing timber surfaces (sanding, cleaning, masking)
- Mixing and matching custom colors accurately
- Conducting quality checks for consistent finishes
- Maintaining spray guns, booths, and equipment
- Collaborating with the production team to meet daily targets
- Following health and safety procedures when handling coatings and solvents
TECHNICAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Ideal candidates should have:
- Proven experience in spray coating or industrial spray painting
- Knowledge of spray systems (airless, HVLP, conventional)
- Experience with timber coatings, oils, or stains
- Familiarity with WOCA products (advantageous)
